Qualification
The Da-Yeh University Regulations Governing Foreign Student Admission are set in accordance with Regulation 5 of The Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan , R.O.C.
The foreign students referred to in the Regulations are those who are neither nationals of the Republic of China as defined in Article 2 of the Nationality Act nor overseas Chinese students. Those who originally held R.O.C. nationality but have obtained permission from the Ministry of Interior to renounce their R.O.C. nationality shall not be eligible for admission to university under the Regulations in case such renunciation of the nationality has not been made for more than eight years. The aforesaid period of eight years is calculated until the applied academic year begins. The date of the aforesaid admission to university is when the semester of the Da-Yeh University begins.
Application Materials
Foreign students shall submit an application for admission to the University between February 1 and May 15 each year for review or special screening tests. Those who are qualified will be admitted to the University. A complete application shall include the following:

A recognizance.
A photocopy of the original official diploma and an official transcript of academic records in Chinese or English
A study plan either in Chinese or English
Da-Yeh University International Students Scholarship Grant
Two letters of Recommendation
Documented evidence of financial support
A health certificate dated within the past 3 months
English ability certification, ex:TOFEL 213
An insurance certificate validated at least 6 months before coming to Taiwan ( strictly required document )
The highest-level graduation certificates referred to in Item (2) shall be certified by following the Procedural Guidelines for Verification and Recognition of Foreign Educational Qualifications except when such graduation certificates are issued by overseas Taiwan schools or schools for overseas Chinese.
Foreign students who wish to apply for postgraduate programs or above after completing undergraduate programs or above in Taiwan may provide the graduation certificate and a complete transcript of academic records issued by the school attended in Taiwan and shall not be subject to the restrictions set in Item (2).
